Terms of Enjoyment
A few simple terms that keep every session relaxed, respectful and safe — for you and for our masseuses. Please read them before booking.
Booking an appointment
Bookings are made through our website enquiry form, by phone or by message. Your appointment is only confirmed once we have confirmed it with you directly. Please give us your name, preferred time, location and the massage you would like.
Respect comes first
Every session is built on mutual respect and consent. Our masseuses have the right to end a session at any time — without refund — if a client behaves in a way that is disrespectful, aggressive, intoxicated or makes them feel unsafe. Any request outside what a masseuse is comfortable with will always be declined.
Hygiene and preparation
Please arrive fresh and clean, ideally having showered beforehand. Shower facilities are always available at our locations. If a client arrives in poor hygiene, the masseuse may ask them to shower first or, if declined, end the appointment.
Payment
Our rates are listed on our Rates page and are confirmed at the time of booking. Payment is made in cash (GBP) at the start of the session unless another arrangement has been agreed. Please have the full amount ready — our masseuses should not have to ask for it. Any travel or additional costs will be explained before you book.
Cancellations and changes
Life happens — if you need to cancel or move your appointment, please let us know as early as you can. Repeated cancellations, no-shows or last-minute changes may mean we can no longer accept bookings from you.
Late arrivals
If you are running late, please let us know. Your session will still end at the originally agreed time, and the full rate applies.
Extending your session
If you would like to extend your appointment, simply ask at the time. Extensions are offered only when the masseuse’s schedule allows, and the additional time is charged at the rates shown on our Rates page.
Discretion
We are just as discreet with you as we expect you to be with us. What happens during a session stays between you and your masseuse. We never discuss our clients, and we ask that you do not approach or contact our masseuses outside of our booking channels.
What we ask of you
Please treat our masseuses as the professionals they are: no inappropriate questions about their personal lives, no photography or recording, and no pressure of any kind. Clients who breach these terms may be refused future bookings.
Your wellbeing
Please tell us about any medical conditions, allergies or injuries when you book. Our massages are for relaxation and wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical treatment.
